IT Onsite Support Leader
ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:
As IT Onsite Support Leader you will be responsible for delivering the best-in-class IT Support to our corporate location in Sofia. You will be the first level of support for problems related to end-user devices (laptops, peripherals, desk phones, mobile phones, etc.), office IT infrastructure (LAN, wireless, printers, etc.) and meeting rooms setup, across our Corporate Service Center premises. You will play an important role in the daily upkeep of Coca-Cola Hellenic networks by finding solutions to problems as they occur.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible for problems related to end-user devices: HW and OS Support Lenovo, Mac, MS Surface; Mobile/Tablet Management & Support, Car Technology Solutions Support;
You will manage meeting rooms setup: Video Conference Support & Maintenance (Polycom), Internal & External Meeting Support, Coordination with Countries for Meetings & VIP support, Live Video Production from Green Room and Maintenance of the Room, Meeting Room Automation Maintenance, BoD Meetings Support;
You´ll be maintaining office IT infrastructure: Printing & Scanning Services, Uniying PBX Reception Console Support & Telephone Devices;
You will analyze Calls & SMC support, deploy & support Pilot Solutions;
You will implement software upgrades, including firmware revisions, operating systems, production software upgrades and other enhancements as required;
You will be responsible for Incidents/Changes track in SNOW;
You will be leading team of IT Onsite Support Specialists, managing and allocating team priorities;
You will be managing VIP IT Support;
You will be Budget Owner for PMO / Coin / BDG track.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
Several years' experience in a similar role;
Strong experience with senior management clients & their requirements;
Experience managing and allocating workloads of technicians, and defining team priorities;
Experience mentoring and training direct reports;
Flexible approach to differing work tasks and fluctuating priorities;
Good knowledge of HW and OS Support Lenovo, Mac, MS Surface;
Knowledge of Assets Inventory;
Knowledge and experience in Vendor management;
Able to absorb and explain information clearly to others;
Experience in Video Shooting & Editing;
Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment;
Readiness to extend support hours when needed;
Degree in related discipline;
Fluent English - is a must.
