Position Title: Senior/Lead Developer (C/C++ or Java)- Experian Data Quality

Implement accurate and reliable code in time as per specification to deliver needed functionality. Supervise and own implementation and carry out code reviews to ensure quality of delivered code;
Deliver complex solutions. Supervise and lead delivery of software solutions;
Design and implement unit tests to validate functionality implemented correctly;
Lead, contribute and take part in the design and implementation of CI/CD tooling, workflows and processes;
Write appropriate level of documenting to meet the development process standards. Review documentation;
Act cross-functionally and actively engage in all types of tasks e.g. support inquiries, testing, release, research.
Act as an assigned buddy of junior regular and senior team members and help them develop their skills and knowledge by providing feedback and suggesting improvements;
Improve knowledge and skills with technologies used. Explore, propose and drive the adoption of new technologies and tools;
Develop and improve soft skills based on feedback received. Guide other team members to make progress in this area with feedback and mentorship;
Participate actively in all agile rituals – planning, stand-up, retrospective, backlog refinement, demo. Show ability to step in the Scrum Master role temporarily, if needed, and facilitate all rituals;
Take part in estimation process and in strategic, high level, planning and estimation activities;
Facilitate and take part in decision-making within the team;
Improve the working process continually;
Collaborate with teammates effectively and provide constructive feedback to teammates and other roles engaged in the process;
Help the Scrum Master champion the chosen Agile framework and help make sure it’s being followed adequately by team members and teams.

Formerly trained to software development and specifications – have expert knowledge level about most widely used data structures and algorithms, multithreading, program lifecycle, can recognize and estimate the complexity of a proposed solution;
Expert understanding of software development process;
Demonstrate excellent self-organizational abilities;
Ability to independently take complex decisions;
Contribute to positive and engaged working environment.
Have excellent mentoring skills;
Have a record of working towards a common goal with a team of people (e.g. during internship or group project at university);
Fluency in written and spoken English and local language;
Open and tactful personality - seek and give feedback, willing to share knowledge and help.
IT Degree level highly preferred;
IT certificates in the domain of knowledge highly preferred;
