We have the pleasure to invite you to join our team as a:

Service Desk Analyst / System Administrator
Temporary project / 12 months

You will...

Provide IT support for end users
Proactively monitor and take needed actions. Document all changes and incidents accordingly
Regularly apply updates and participate in extending existing infrastructure
Resolve tickets and communicate with the users
Incident resolution, Incident management
Implement changes, Change management
Installation of new versions, patches
Have close customer contact during operative work
Document all executed tasks in a ticket tool
Proactive capacity and performance management of systems and system components
Support in planning and implementation of projects / new designs and migrations
Work together with service operations, Collaboratе with customers on interactions

You have…

College diploma, university degree in computer science or similar qualification
At least 2 years of working experience in IT
Working experience in global/virtual Teams
Solid experience in Microsoft desktop and server support
Experience with Microsoft Products
Knowledge in Linux system administration
Experience with monitoring systems
Ability to setup, troubleshoot, and manage virtualization environments
Understanding of networking
Very good English language skills both written and spoken
