In the current role you will be challenged to:

Prepare story boards, sketches, sitemaps, user–flow diagrams, mental models, user research, website analytics, etc.
Build on the iCard brand and implement the brand identity, visual and voice into the digital experiences & communications. Be responsible for projects from concept through implementation – including overall experience, design, messaging, development, testing ensuring the best client experience.
Prepare creative concepts and lead the team along the process of executing them.
Direct the whole creative work and ensure consistency for the product website, marketing campaigns, events, social media, print, OOH, TV, digital, radio and web advertising, SMS and email campaigns, etc.
Build a creative environment for the creative team to work in and overseeing ideas and projects.
Lease brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.
Direct and motivate the designers, copywriters, community managers and other marketers to help them use their talents effectively.
Oversee website and marketing projects from start to finish, keeping deadlines.
Write and design unique and well-crafted copy; proofreading.
Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future.
Work in a multi-disciplinary team with content, strategy and design people.
Uncover new ways to incorporate emerging and new media formats into our work.
Build out and maintain the Digital Marketing Style Guide and the Brand Guidelines.

Your profile:

Proven leader and motivator of design professional.
5 or more years of experience contributing to digital and interactive projects.
Consumer communications experience required.
User experience background.
Digital or marketing agency background is an advantage.
Experience working on digitally native brands preferred.
Demonstrated ability to translate brand communications strategies into interactive space.
Must be able to execute and supervise design creative requirements including packaging, print advertising, outdoor advertising and digital, for all projects from start to finish.
Substantial portfolio of work.
Superior communications and organizational skill.
A desire and ability to drive innovation, both in technology and in process.
High level of proficiency with the following programs: Adobe Creative Suite, AfterEffects, Invision, Sketch.
Elegant graphic, typography and web design skills with interactive user experience.
Superior attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects are crucial.
Bachelor's degree/BFA or its equivalent in Design.
