Your new job:
Record, maintain and update records in the Incident Management system.
Perform analysis of problems and assist with corrective action to restore functionality.
Work with technical customer service or development staff to resolve recurring problems and issues with applications and/or products.
Record all incidents while maintaining accountability and ownership until resolved. Interface with appropriate technical personnel for customer problems that cannot be resolved quickly on the telephone.
Perform customer follow-up to verify final resolution and determine satisfaction level.
Monitor progress on problem resolution and initiates feedback to management and the customer.
Review and develop department systems and procedures to ensure effective problem solving.
Document and submit problem resolutions to the knowledge database in order to assist other Help Desk personnel with problem resolutions.
Work on shifts will be required - both day and night.

Your profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology.
Strong customer service, problem solving and technology skills.
Intermediate in the following technologies: Directory, MS Outlook, SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol), Secure ID, Windows 10.
Confident phone presence and exceptional customer service skills are a must.
Able to multi-task while listening to the caller, documenting in the case management system, and/ or researching the solution to the caller’s issue.
Be accurate and complete documentation skills utilizing case management systems and Microsoft products.
Have ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
