In your role as a Product Definition Specialist you will deliver amazing products that delight customers and crush competitors. You live and breathe the product. You are responsible for defining requirements and prioritizing backlog. You are always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster and more user friendly. You want to transform how businesses operate using new tools and technology.

In the current role you will be challenged to:

Specify market requirements by conducting market research supported by ongoing communication with customers, partners and prospects.
Work with the sales, support and development teams to identify and document requirements.
Work alongside our Engineers to create, design, manage and document our APIs.
Develop and maintain a prioritized list of product market requirements.
Write detailed product requirements and specification and work closely with engineering team to provide guidance and product priority.
Product roadmap responsibility, while ensuring alignment with other product management roadmaps and development initiatives.
Apply your expertise to analyze and better understand how users interact with our products.
Define and quantify the impact of new products and/or features being considered for inclusion in a product release.
Define and drive functional and technical strategy and product roadmaps.
Develop in-depth knowledge of competitor products, identify and maintain competitive strengths and weaknesses.
Work with technology and integration partners to define integration processes and requirements.
Assist in product testing, analysis and diagnosis, also document procedures, standards, best practices.

Your profile:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
2+ years Product management experience in the software industry.
Experience in leading software development projects with a passion for continuous innovation and creativity ensuring the customers adoption, use and evolution.
Successful API application and development tools experience working closely with developers, customers and partners.
Ability to create technical product requirements and detailed specification documents.
Self-starter, broad thinker, strategic planner, proven project manager, strong analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Understanding of mobile operating systems, APIs, App servers, and analytics is preferred.
A great communicator - you communicate in a professional and personable manner.
