Technical Support Director

As a recruitment agency, we will provide you with all the information needed about the company, we will answer all your questions and will prepare you for the interview with the client.

Our current client is a global provider of intelligent SaaS solutions for contact centers and other industries. Right now they are looking for experienced Technical Support Director who will be overseeing the Technical Support department’s goals and objectives. If you have a vision how to effectively lead a team to achieve success, we would love to speak with you!

In this role you will:

- Provide leadership to the entire Technical Support department of 15 team members and be in a constant cooperation with the cross-department leadership such as Sales, R&D and others;
- Identify the most impactful opportunities and create clear business plan for resource prioritization;
- Participatе in the customer journey process;
- Check the closing of the tickets and ensure that they are written professionally by the Technical Support team;
- Participate in the hiring process of new team members and in the internal trainings for the Technical Support team;
- Generate reports on a monthly basis and presenting them to the CEO.


- At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Support Manager or Customer Service Manager;
- Proven experience in mapping customer journey and creating customer support strategies;
- Strong skills in data management, analysis, and processing;
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent English skills – both written and spoken.
