Junior Operational Accountant and Fixed Assets Specialist

The Finance & Payroll team of TELUS International Europe (TIE) is a fully-fledged finance division of the leading BPO provider in Bulgaria and Romania – TELUS International. The division consists of 35 professionals (located in Sofia and Bucharest) covering all areas of finance, accounting, pricing and procurement. We run Workday, SFDC, our financials are audited by a Big 4 auditor, we partner with 4 large international banks and operate in a global company with a footprint on 4 continents.

Today, we аre hiring for the role Junior Operational Accountant and Fixed assets specialist.

Your responsibilities:
- Counting and accounting for all company fixed assets
- Booking of invoices for capex spending
- Tracking the capex spent vs the capex budget
- Identifying and tagging the newly acquired assets in cooperation with the IT and facilities teams
- Performing a half-year and year-end assets counting
- The role reports directly to the TELUS International Europe CAPEX, ERP and Fixed Assets Manager

Our job requirements:
- University degree in Accounting
- 1 year of experience
- Prior experience with ERP systems would be considered as an advantage
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Advanced Excel user
- Team player
- English – B1
