SUMMARY:

Acronis is seeking Cloud Inside Sales Representative, reporting to the Inside Sales Manager. This position is focused on qualifying incoming leads from all the sources and sign up new Service Providers to resell Acronis Data Cloud services. You have the opportunity to join a fast-paced software company supporting our sales team. We are looking for a highly motivated, organized individual to come in and manage our leads program. This position has career paths to Partner Account Manager or Key Account Manager based on performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attract new partners to sell Acronis services to existing customer base of the partner;
• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential account; soliciting new accounts; building rapport, providing technical information and explanations;
• Close new sales/accounts by answering telephone, email inquiries, verifying and entering information;
• Actively solicit for all leads and direct sales opportunities, referring leads as appropriate, and updates all sales opportunities onto Salesforce ;
• Daily engagement with Acronis distributors ;
• Support new partners on daily basis on business and technology development;
• Engage Acronis presales and Technical support teams;
• Work closely with distributor, Acronis Sales manager and Sales Engineers to ensure sales closure;
• Maintain and updates customer records using Salesforce;
• Provide support as required to the Inside Sales Manager.

SKILLS:

• Fluent German, upper intermediate English;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to articulate product’s different features, and answers any questions customers might have;
• Have strong closing sales skills;
• Knowledge on Salesforce is preferred;
• Able to make up 30 and above calls each day;
• Punctual, reliable, and strong attention to detail;
• Strong time management skills;
• Self-motivated, upbeat, organized and highly persistent in follow-up;
• Flexible, team player, open to changes in responsibilities and strategies.


EXPERIENCE:

• BA/BS degree
• Previous sales experience as Inside Sales Representative, Lead Development Representative
• Experience with cold calling is preferred
• Previous experience in IT industry is preferred
