Your Mission
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Key Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of corporate clients, build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and enlarging our business to gain long-term success.

Your core responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects
Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new merchants
Assessing the needs of corporate clients and identifying ways to meet those needs
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Working with different internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver proposals
Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
Prepare reports on account status

Ideal profile:
Relevant background in the Payment industry and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economic, Finance or Business are ideal for this position
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills in Bulgarian and English (a second foreign language will be an advantage)
Experience with project management or account management
Organized, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and respond quickly
Sales motivated, team-focused attitude, and willingness to collaborate with colleagues, product management, and internal key constituents at the company
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zendesk
