The Operations Support Specialist is a cross-functional role that supports the Delivery team with matters concerning training, reporting, business controls, and IT and compliance issues.
Responsible for training activities within the assigned account;
Identify learning opportunities and develop ‘Learning Plans’ and materials to fill these gaps;
Ensures all documentation exists, is in compliance with corporate instructions and IT standards, is current, validated and approved as necessary;
Participating in projects to boost department's efficiency and improving customer satisfaction;
Responsible for updating team documents (processes, guidelines, distribution list etc.);
Provides/reports metrics as required and proactively tries to improve reporting system;
Responsible for purchase orders, communication with procurement team;
Focal point for business controls in within the department;
Responsible for company compliance testing;
Working with sensitive personal information (SPI) and sensitive business information (SBI);
Communication with IT teams in case of technical problems
Account administrator in various project tools;
Takes the ownership for all operation and technical issues within the department for resolving them;
Support the other team members in all aspects mainly security, IT and compliance issues;
Performs additional tasks according to business needs
Requirements :
University Degree
Fluent level of English, both written and verbal
Excellent knowledge in MS Office applications
Experience within the environment of customer relationship management
Flexible with the ability to manage a demanding and changing workload
Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
Self-driven and motivated
Innovative and initiative individual
Ability to work in a team and independently
