Our trusted client The Coca-Cola Company is about to launch a new IT Development and Delivery Center based in Sofia. The team will develop across a wide spectrum of IT disciplines, including Information Security, Robotics, SAP, Infrastructure, Cloud and Business Intelligence. They are building a great team of technologists who will drive the digitization of their enterprise.

Currently, we are supporting their search for Active Directory Consultants

Position Overview:
The Active Directory Consultant defines, develops and executes the strategy in the area. He has deep technical knowledge in Active Directory technology, object management, schemas and group policies. Leads and provides expertise in discussions and technical reviews of customer and company requirements. Translates requirements into solutions in the Active Directory and Identity area. Mentors junior team members and seeks to engage broader Global IT community to work on solutions that align with Global IT Strategies and objectives. Maps processes and infrastructure, creates training materials for end users and other support staff including Help Desk and Active Directory Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implement Microsoft Active Directory solutions.
- Manage Azure Active Directory Domain Services.
- Manage Microsoft Active Directory Domain Controllers.
- Manage Lightweight Directory Services.
- Design, implement and Manage Active Directory Group Policy Objects.
- Implement schema requirements, develop and maintain logon scripts.
- Implement and support Roaming Profiles, Folder Redirection.
- Create and use Active Directory monitoring scripts.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and identify areas for improvement of the infrastructure.
- Evaluate and then provide recommendations of improving security, network, capacity and disaster recovery in existing directories. Participate in Audits and Disaster Recovery exercises.
- Develop and consult on operational processes to support the Active Directory environment. This would include Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and life cycle planning.
- Maintain support and design documentation for Operations, Service Desk, and Region IT personnel.
- Create training materials for End Users.
- Act as 3rd level support for Service Desk engineers.

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science discipline or minimum 5 years equivalent experience.
- MCSA Windows Server 2012, MCSA Windows Server 2016 or MCSE Cloud Platform and Infrastructure are considered an advantage.

Related Work Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Active Directory.
- Strong organizational, planning and communications skills are vital, including strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and interact effectively with others by making customer satisfaction and solution quality high priorities for self and team.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in completing multiple and changing business priorities, requirements, and projects.
- Must be self-motivated, demonstrate a “can-do” attitude and be a "results" driven individual with a positive attitude for a timely delivery of agreed upon solutions.
- IT Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the key directional trends and emerging technologies in Windows Platform and Microsoft Azure.

Functional Skills (considered an advantage):
- Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016.
- Microsoft Active Directory.
- Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
- Microsoft Windows 10.
- Group Policy Objects.
- High Availability – Domain Clusters.
- Microsoft PowerShell.

Technical knowledge of:
- Domain, Certificate, Federation, Lightweight Directory, Rights Management Services.
- Setting up and managing Forests, Trees and Domains.
- LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM protocols.
- Multifactor Authentication.
- Identity management.
- Windows core and networking.
- Domain design and best practices.
