Technical Support for Microsoft with English - Night Shift

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with excellent English skills to join our team and support customers in a Microsoft 365 / Azure environment.

Location:
Remote work from Bulgaria

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and related Microsoft services
Troubleshoot identity, access, and authentication issues
Support customers via email and chat
Assist with MFA, SSO, Azure AD, and Exchange-related cases
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
Deliver pre-sales, sales, and post-sales technical support when needed

Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Microsoft Exchange
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of authentication and security concepts
Excellent communication skills in English (C1)
Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Proactive attitude and ability to handle challenges independently

Nice to have:
Knowledge of Microsoft Server Operating Systems
Experience with DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Office 365
Experience with MFA and SSO solutions
Familiarity with OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, and RBAC
Working hours and salary:
Working hours: 22:00 – 06:00, Monday to Friday
Base salary: from EUR 1,500
Up to EUR 500 additional compensation for night shifts
