Transition PMO Specialist is to support the CBS Transition & Change Management Team including: tracking status of project portfolio deliverables, portfolio level risks/issues management, monitoring the status of projects transitioning in Hypercare, coordination of the established project level reporting cycles, coordination of project governance arrangements, post project reviews, financial reviews, lessons learned management, brainstorming sessions facilitations.
The role will be involved in ensuring all active projects are timely updated in the project management tool.Additional responsibilities include preparing process documentation and process mapping as part of the initial set up of the Standard operating procedures for the department.During peak periods the role may be expected to provide transition project support, when this is the case this will include amongst other things, ensuring all project plans are up to date, project colour status is up to date, action items are followed up and risk/issues are mitigated.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Implement Governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of program deliverables
• Manage portfolio level risks and issues
• Ensure PMO Audit compliance
• Work with the team to map PMO processes and develop standard Operating Procedure
• Start centralising PMO templates in the project management tool
• Prepare consolidated project material for weekly portfolio level reporting
• Implement change control process across the portfolio

What you will need to succeed:
• Minimum Bachelor degree
• PMP/PRINCE 2 is desired, but not a hard requirement
• Experience with Microsoft packages as well as Google Suite
• Strong Reporting and Analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal skills in English
• Stakeholder management skills maintain tact with assertiveness
• Strong prioritisation skills
• Customer centric approach
• Experience with programme co-ordination/administration
• Experience of managing small projects
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Preferably knowledge of process documentation and knowledge transfer methodology
• Focus on quality in deliverables
• Self-driven and outgoing personality
• Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
• International mind-set
