Our Service Delivery Team is currently looking for a Senior Solutions Analyst - Identity & Fraud to drive efficient solution low-level design, quality software configuration and to maximize the fraud findings of live client systems.

Job Description

What you will be doing:

· Gather low level solutions requirements, produce business specifications and lead solution low level design with guidance from Product Consultancy as appropriate.
· Utilise extensive product knowledge and subject matter expertise to contribute effectively to strategic and technical solution design / enhancement in support of a client’s ongoing business needs.
· Perform complex configuration and unit testing tasks potentially across multiple projects / products
· Follow Experian Delivery Process and apply adopted project methodology (Waterfall, Agile etc).
· Cooperate with project manager in planning and organizing project workload to meet project commitments within agreed schedules.
· Proactively identify potential risks in achieving project timescales, taking pro-active action to minimize risk.
· Take a lead role in the delivery process being able to operate as 'Solution Owner' where required.
· Lead end to end client solution reviews, either on client site or remotely, as a subject matter expert by effectively facilitating associated workshops and client meetings.
· Define best practice risking strategies and optimize fraud strategies to achieve required KPIs.
· Clearly, confidently, and accurately communicate proposed performance enhancements, demonstrating their impact and their associated benefits to clients and internal stakeholders via presentation, workshop, documentation etc.
· Prepare reports and analyzing KPIs for measuring and assessing system performance.
· Contribute effectively for the resolution of high complexity BSO related incident and problem management issues, liaising with 1st / 2nd / 3rd lines of support as appropriate, ensuring minimal impact to client business operations and effective resolution.


What you'll need to bring:

· University degree or equivalent standard with a high numeric and/or IT content, Business or other relevant field.
· Typically requires a minimum of 5 years related experience.
· Significant experience of software solution design and configuration.
· Knowledge of Software Delivery Methodologies.
· Excellent understanding of the software platform and how solutions fit within it.
· Be able to work as part of a larger project team, often remotely and/or with third-party resources.
· Effective planning and prioritization skills to manage team tasks in an appropriate way to deliver on project commitments.
· Excellent problem solving, analytical and presentation skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Fluency in spoken and written English.
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
· Ability to interpret client business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements via verbal communication and project documentation
· Experience of data extraction, formulation, manipulation, and analysis
· Working knowledge of XML
· Flexibility to travel in line with business needs.

It will be considered an advantage if you have:

· Project Management experience and skills
· Strong working knowledge of SQL, relational databases and associated terminologies and tools i.e., TOAD, SQL Developer
· Knowledge and experience in Fraud & ID
