Purpose of the role is to be part of the Cargotec Business Services (CBS) Center supporting Cargotec internal customers and maintaining and developing the HR system ZONE (SuccessFactors) as well as developing the HR processes and ways of working.

The HRIS System Expert is responsible for supporting and developing the global HR system ZONE for the Cargotec business needs. The position requires excellent system and HR process understanding as well as customer support skills together with a deep commitment and interest for development and training. The HRIS System Expert participates in solution design and provides both functional and technical expertise for HRIS related development and maintenance activities as well as ensures that the quality and consistency of HRIS development actions are in compliance with current HR policies and guidelines. The HRIS System Expert has an important role in acting as a partner for the CBS HR Services team, CBS Process Owner, CBS ZONE Technical Support team and Cargotec IM organisation

Main tasks and responsibilities

• HRIS System Expert provides the high quality support for the Cargotec internal customers, actively solves problems, and provides polite and respectful support to internal customers.
• Takes an active role for further develop and contribute the operational processes for incident, event, problem and service request management. Additionally proceeds actively with the needed corrective actions for system maintenance in case of system incident and communicates the issue for respective parties.
• Strive for continuous improvement of the CBS HR Services service delivery with the focus on support and delivery processes and workflows. Maintains excellent relationships with all stakeholders (Service managers, IT coordinators, HR personnel etc.) to ensure that the delivered services and end-user productivity goals are understood and exceeded.
• In cooperation with the respective stakeholders ensures the high level data quality of the global HR system by monitoring the system functionalities and takes the required actions for the configuration changes/updates
• Ensures the high level data quality of the global HR system by monitoring the system functionalities as well as the data with the recurring data quality activities and takes the required actions for data corrections with the respective stakeholders.
• Takes an active role and responsibility for the continuous system development and proactively provides development ideas.
• Good understanding for the complex landscape regarding the multiple integrations and systems.
• Creates and maintains HR system descriptions, instructions and documentation.
• Creates and maintains system / technical training materials and conducts trainings.
• Active cooperation with the key-users, super-users, business owners, service providers and other stakeholders.
• Proactively searches the possibilities to develop the common service framework further together with the team
• Support Cargotec internal customers with the system related functional and technical issues
• Support with the employee data maintenance (mass changes, uploads, corrections)
• Maintain and develop the system structure and configuration to fulfill the Business needs (regarding HRIS Senior Support Specialist’s respective responsibility area)
• Participate HRIS system and integration development, testing and implementation activities in cooperation with the stakeholders
• All work needs to be conducted in compliance with Global Company guidelines, code of conduct, policies, procedures, controls and legal requirements
• Any other tasks assigned by the line manager related to the areas of accountability

What you'll need to succeed:

Education:

• Minimum bachelor degree in business, engineering or similar
Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of technical and/or functional experience in SuccessFactors or other equivalent enterprise system

Competencies:

• Minimum bachelor degree in business, engineering or similar
• Minimum 3 years of technical and/or functional experience in SuccessFactors or other equivalent system
• Good system, process and business understanding
• Customer support skills
• Project, change & transition and operational excellence skills
• Strong team player and fluent communication skills
• Professional proficiency of written and oral English required

• Willing to travel and international mind-set
• General understanding for cost controlling
• Mature and self-motivated professional able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Ability to drive system and process improvement to continually improve service and reduce costs
• Ability to relate the goals of CBS service support to business goals
• A focus on customer satisfaction, with strong interpersonal skills and responsiveness
• Adherence to Cargotec policies and processes to ensure consistent quality of service
