Our current client is one of the largest and rapidly growing global companies present on the Sofia market. On their behalf, we are currently looking for Tourism and Travel Advisors with German, French, Italian, Dutch or Turkish.

Responsibilities:
Attend to all aspects of customer care in a courteous and professional manner;
Provide timely response and resolution to partners queries and questions;
Project a professional company image through phone, email interaction or chat;
Creates client accounts and resolve operational issues;
Hangle housing related complaints;
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;

Requirements:
Excellent command of one of the following languages: German, French, Italian, Dutch or Turkish.
Communication skills and ability to maintain good relationship with customers, assisting them in finding the best solution;
Highly empathetic and thoughtful, with ability to understand customers’ needs;
Ability to work on shifts;
Positive attitude and motivation;
Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus;
