As a recruitment agency, we will provide you with all the information needed about the company, we will answer all your questions and will prepare you for the interview with the client.

Our client is a global IT company. The company is a provider of solutions that cover the whole life cycle of software development and are specifically designed to answer the client’s needs. Currently, they are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join their team.

What you will be doing?

- Manages the recruitment strategy, operational recruitment projects, and annual recruitment budget;
- Monitors changes and trends in the labor market. Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implements changes necessary to cover recruitment risks;
- Consults the management for all recruitment related issues. Partners with internal/external hiring and account managers to assess their recruiting needs and anticipates future needs;
- Monitors recruitment innovations and contributes to the development of the rest of the recruitment team members. Provides knowledge management in the team;
- Supports team with the selection process and leads the team by example by actively engaging in the Recruitment process;
- Collaborates when needed with all teams within the company being part of the full cycle hiring process from role definition through direct sourcing, screening, Interviewing, assessing of the candidates and closing of the position;
- Responsible to define the company’s employer branding strategy and to communicate it effectively internally and outside of the company;

What do you need to have?

- Previous experience in IT recruitment /minimum 3 years/;
- Solid Team Management Skills;
- Superb problem solving and analytical abilities;
- Fluent command of English language;
- Team player attitude;
