Human Resources Specialist (Temporary replacement)

Job Description
Support the implementation of all HR practices in the Store related to the recruitment, on-boarding, training and personal development, performance appraisal
To prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, identifying trends and proposes possible actions
Conduct on the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the “best fit” for each vacancy
Assist on the implementation of the store’s annual training plan
Contribute towards a safe, warm and clean as new environment according to the IKEA image and values
Provide support and servicing the internal customers, ensuring compliance to internal policies and legal demands
Assume projects that the Store HR Manager appoints and bringing them to the desired result in the agreed deadlines and quality standards

Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Мinimum 2 years experience in a similar position
Focus on detail, good planning and organizational skills
Team oriented personality
Achievement drive, analytical and numerical abilities
Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
Customer Focus
Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem solving skills
Bachelor, Preferably in Business administration or HR Management
Very good command of the Bulgarian & English language
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

Work on schedule at 8-hour day
