IT Specialist

We are looking for:

The IT Specialist in this job role will be responsible for the complete availability and functionality of the applications, systems,networks and tools used in the company and overall functionality of domain integrated services. The IT specialist will administer domain users and groups according to their rights and level of access. They will provide technical support to the local users in the course of their regular work and contact with the end clients, supports, technically, client visits. Further, they will manage and maintain corporate e-mail services. The person will contribute to develop a highly accessible IT infrastructure.

We expect from you to:

• Responsible for the overall functionality and operation of the company’s operating systems;

• Install and configure hardware and software systems;

• Responsible for the helpdesk support of the company’s systems;

• Responsible for Active directory management, network and voice management and administration;

• Responsible for keeping the company’s IT security standards and optimization of all functions directly related to the operating system;

• Responsible for local server support and management

• Document accordingly IT process and systems configurations and updates;

• Monitor the system status and inform the line manager about any discrepancies; to detect eventual need for configuration changes or upgrade of specific modules;

• Constantly investigate, evaluate and apply cutting-edge IT technologies within the company sector;

• Prepares reports on demand for the performed tasks, as well as any work related issues;

Proactively identifies IT related problems, makes analysis and provides solutions.

• Consistently meets documented deadlines and objectives;

• Works in cooperation with other Concentrix professionals in identifying problems and having timely solutions;

• Perform all other IT related tasks,assigned by the line manager in accordance with the employee's qualification and responsibilities

You need to have:

• University Degree in Information Technology

• At least 2 years experience in relevant role and environment

• English: Fluent

• Very good knowledge of Windows XP/7/8, MS Windows 2003/2008/2012 Server/ADS is required;

• Basic knowledge of Linux and Cisco network and voice systems

• Basic knowledge about call routing, PBX

• Knowledge of mail servers and mail clients (O365, MS Exchange)

• Knowledge of TCP stack

• Knowledge of OSI model

• Knowledge about data protection and IT Security obligations

• Excellent Troubleshooting experience for MS products

• Basic troubleshooting experience for Cisco products

• Basic troubleshooting experience for Avaya products

• Basic troubleshooting experience for VMWare products

• Knowledge of Server and Telecommunication Hardware

• Good communication skills and strong customer and service orientation;

• Good negotiation skills with supplier and service provider

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team;

• Ability to proactively identify problems, make analysis and give solutions;

• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;

• Ability to organize and follow-up multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness;

• Strong attention to details

• Flexible to work on different shifts to provide center coverage for 24/7/265 support
