Our current client is a Swiss financial and accounting company with the newly registered entity in Bulgaria and ambition to rapidly grow its local back-office operations. On their behalf, we are actively looking for an Administrative Assistant to join and grow within their Sofia team.
Responsibilities:
Support the team with all administrative tasks in the office;
Draft documents and correspondence;
Assist with translation and interpretation when needed;
Handle and file all incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents;
Secure the needed office supplies;
Arrange business trips, coordinate meetings and visits;
Receive incoming phone calls and visitors and direct them to the right person in the company.
Requirements:
University degree;
Fluent in both spoken and written English (German language skills are an advantage);
Previous experience as Administrative/Office assistant;
Previous experience in logistics will be an advantage;
MS-Office skills;
Highly people-oriented and organized;
Ability to meet deadlines;
Team player with excellent business manners and behavior;
