Position Title: Lead Delivery Analyst (BSO)

Working closely with a team of analysts you will provide excellent client delivery, analysis, and support across a range of vertical markets. This role allows you to develop a wide variety of business, technical and interpersonal skills. You will be working with some of the world’s largest organizations, helping them react quickly to market opportunities and conditions, and supporting them with complex configuration changes to protect their business and customers from potential fraud attacks.

What you will be doing:
Understanding complex business requirements and identifying workable solutions
Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders of varying levels
Supervising, where required, the people responsible for the delivery effort by taking the lead in specific projects/support activity. Act as a mentor to project team members
Contributing into existing process and feedback, share findings with peers from other teams and management where required.
Actively seeking to develop competency/knowledge of both solution analytics analysis, software, and software technical analysis
Contributing to a positive working culture, identifying opportunities for team development, highlighting examples of good work for recognition
Participating in training courses and other types of training to improve and develop personal skill set
Maintaining awareness of latest business and market developments
Working closely with line manager to improve personal and professional competencies, product knowledge and technical/analytical skills through continual learning

What you will bring:
University degree or equivalent standard with a high numeric and/or IT content is desirable but not essential
At least 4 years of relevant experience in software delivery
Experience in client delivery or supporting client solutions
Fluency in spoken and written English
Advanced Excel user
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to formally present knowledge to all levels of employees within the business
Experience of coaching and mentoring immediate team members
Thorough understanding of the project delivery lifecycle
Experience of leading and implementing software configuration changes
Deep understanding of how to interpret client business needs, implement and translate them into application and operational requirements
A forward-thinking team player who will proactively offer ideas on how to evolve how we deliver to our clients
Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases and associated terminologies.
It would be considered an advantage if you have:
Knowledge of XML/JSON.
Technical knowledge around SDKs for device products is highly desirable.
Knowledge of WPS / SAS
Fraud industry knowledge.
