Junior Delivery Executive
Job Description

The Junior Delivery Executive works as part of the Data & Bureau team within the Service Delivery Management team. This position is the entry role into the processing team and requires a high level of professionalism to ensure that the service provided to our clients and internal partners is of the very highest order.

The purpose of this role is to help clients engage with and understand their customers as well as trying to identify new potential customers.

One of the main duties of the Junior Delivery Executive is to interpret written campaign specifications and convert them into technical process flows within the technical delivery platforms to meet the requirements of the client.

Having a keen eye for detail and a high willingness to learn is a necessity for this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Working with internally or externally sourced data, interrogate and highlight any anomalies to the Client Delivery Manager.
Take ownership for the right and on time delivery of processes which meet client expectations
Follow the internal QA process and adhere to it at all times.
Create good quality written communications both within team and directly to clients which meets Experian’s standards and requirements.
Maintain and develop a good awareness of the main divisional products.
Work closely with other members of the processing team to ensure that all deliverables are met.
Understand and participate in performance management processes.
Actively contribute to a culture where the fair treatment of customers is at the heart of the Experian business. Take personal responsibility to ensure that you adhere to all regulatory requirements and apply appropriate controls in the interests of our customers

Job Requirements


Fluency in written and spoken English;
Excellent communication skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
Good attention to detail;
Ability to multi-task;
Ability to learn and pick up new skills quickly;
Pro-active approach;
Team player attitude;


Relevant higher education degree;
Previous work experience manipulating data;
