We're currently looking for a Delivery Analyst to join our Marketing Services Targeting team.
The Marketing world is a fast moving, fast growing and complex industry. Experian Marketing Services’ Targeting UK business delivers Data and Products that cover a wide range of solutions to help bring customers and brands closer together. By providing the means for brands to better understand and interact with their current or prospective customers, Experian allows them the mechanism to deliver more relevant, seamless and enjoyable customer experiences.

The Targeting UK business is one of the top performing parts of both the Experian UK & Experian Global organisation with a large client base across all sectors, both large and small in size, all with the aim to help them better target their marketing communications. To help with the success of the business we are creating a Development and Delivery operation within Sofia.

The Delivery Analyst will work as part of the Data & Bureau team within the Service Delivery Management team. The role requires a high level of professionalism to ensure that the service provided to our clients and internal partners is of the very highest order. The role requires the processing of new bespoke pieces of work under tight timescales to analyse and interpret complex requirements and meet expectations using the system tools available. Liaising with sales teams/client teams, prioritisation is clearly defined and communicated fully.
On this position you will have the chance to get trained and master your skills in the data analytics software Alteryx.

Take ownership for the right and on time delivery of processes which meet and sometimes exceed client expectations;
Can demonstrate good data processing techniques to ensure quality of client delivery;
Highlights and resolve unaided; data quality issues with client input data or internal data and can communicate to the relevant people effectively;
Pro-actively ensures that the quality requirements are fulfilled through the use of best practice procedures;
Identify and follow through added value opportunities, analysing the impact of any opportunities;
Investigates any customer enquiry and actively seek improvements that could be made to prevent re-occurrence of any problems. Put improvements into practice and communicate to the wider team;
Excellent team working to ensure that all deliverables are met;
Completes tasks to high quality when work has been delegated to them;
Provide coaching to junior members of the team on various processing methods and support with queries;
Provides technical input to pre-sales process to provide best and most cost effective delivery method;
Understands the current processing platforms and can identify platform development opportunities, which are communicated to the correct channels for consideration;
Creates good quality written communications both within team and directly to clients which meets Experian standards and requirements;
ommunicates in a timely fashion internally and externally setting clear and realistic expectations for delivery;
Makes a strong contribution within team meetings and processor meetings, encouraging others to be involved.

Degree education in numerical related science;
1+ year of experience within similar role;
Data manipulation/handling experience;
High attention to detail;
Ability to communicate effectively and to work within a multi-disciplined team;
Ability to adapt to change;
Can multi-task;
Strong analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills;
Ability to adapt and thrive in changing environments and difficult situations;
High degree of flexibility;
Strong personal learning mentality to understand changing products and services provided;
Basic commercial awareness with an understanding of business drivers/metrics/key performance indicators;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or an equivalent.
