A1 ICT services represent one of the fastest growing business areas of our company. With decades of experience in the design and operation of IT services, we have been targeting top corporate customers for several years and offer a comprehensive range of services - from desktop services (desktop support/rollout), cloud solutions to data center services.

Your duties:
Responsible for the design, implementation, migration, operation, and support of Mobile Device/App Management and Cloud solutions for iOS, Android and Windows 10 (for internal and external customers);
3rd level responsibility of services and communication/negotiation with manufacturers and suppliers;
Responsible for the transfer of operations and takeover of services;
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of service documentation, development and provision of KPIs/reports;
In charge of the assumption of work package responsibilities in projects and implementation within the specified period and the required quality.

You need:
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the ICT area;
Experience in the conception, development, and implementation of Enterprise Mobile Device/App Management and Cloud solutions;
Expert knowledge in the technical areas of Windows 10, Office 365, MS System Center and Azure, MS Cloud and PowerShell scripting knowledge;
Profound knowledge in handling Microsoft Server operating systems and basic services (AD, DNS, DHCP, Clustering, Network);
Good knowledge of network/security technologies and platforms;
Very good communication and presentation skills;
Fluent in English.
