Our client is a leading international commercial bank with branches and offices in almost 50 countries. The client offers a comprehensive portfolio of financial services for private and small business customers as well as corporate clients. Due to its continuous growth, we are currently looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join their team as a L1 Desktop Support Engineer with German


Processing of incidents and requests according to agreed SLA;
Accept end-user phone calls and classify incidents and requests;
Escalation to the next higher level if required;
Initial solution as far as possible, if necessary, taking account of costs, within agreed service levels;
Documentation and update of incidents and requests;
Coordination of hardware orders;
Creation, maintenance and updating of relevant tech-desk documents and processes;
Maintenance of existing documentation; FAQ/Knowledge Base;
IT user consulting: Help with faults or inquiries about IT;
User support for the creation of requests, e.g. for backup and restore requests;
User administration (mailboxes; software distribution; user accounts; lock/reset Password;
8x5 Working schedule.


Degree from University, Technical College or comparable professional experience;
Previous experience in customer and desktop support;
Excellent level of German (written and spoken) ;
MS Windows аnd Microsoft 365 related tasks experience;
ITIL understanding.
