Quality Team Leader


Your main responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate all quality-related activities across incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections.
Collaborate closely with R&D and engineering teams on product improvements, prototype builds, and engineering change management.
Actively participate in APQP processes and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and international standards.
Analyse defects, conduct root cause investigations, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain quality documentation and monitor key quality KPIs.
Take responsibility for DFMEA/PFMEA and Quality Control Plans.
Manage customer complaints and prepare 8D reports.
Support and participate in internal and external audits.

Requirements:
Professional background in manufacturing, with focus on quality roles in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and other relevant quality standards.
Hands-on experience in quality assurance, documentation, and customer communication.
Solid project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
