Financial Controller, Production

We are seeking a skilled and personable professional to join our team in the role of: Financial Controller, Production.

Responsibilities:

Support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes for the production operations.
Analyze production costs and monitor variances.
Prepare and review weekly reports for production-related activities, KPI statistics.
Collaborate with production teams to understand deviations in consummation and production costs, including direct and indirect labor, materials, and overhead.
Assist in the preparation of business cases for capital expenditure and production investments.
Partner with other departments, such as procurement and supply chain, to align financial goals and operational performance.
Lead the organization and coordination of year-end inventories and during the year.

Requirements:

University degree in Finance; Accounting or related fields.
Strong background in accounting role, advantage is experience in a manufacturing unit.
Excellent proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP.
English in good working level.
Proactivity and initiative person with analytical thinking and precision.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
High attention to details, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem solving, collaborative and ethics.
