Software Engineering Manager (SAFe Teams

General duties:
Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
Own technology projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
Foster collaboration across teams and with stakeholders to align technical efforts with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards while driving innovation within the team.
Actively participate in SAFe events to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Strong leadership and team development skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in managing technical projects and ensuring timely delivery
Adaptability and problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Expertise in Agile, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps
Adaptability to shifting priorities
Problem-solving under pressure
Encouraging innovation and creativity within teams
Relevant certifications such as SAFe Agilist (SA), Kanban Management Professional (KMP), or ITIL are preferred.
