For one of our esteemed clients, a well-established company in the BPO field, we are looking
for motivated and experienced candidates for an onsite role of Payroll Specialist.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Accurate computation of monthly compensations, inclusive of associated taxes and deductions (e.g., incentives, taxable perks, etc.);
Advising employees on matters pertaining to their wages;
Handling the extraction of hours, leaves, paid time off (PTO), and validating data accuracy from timekeeping systems;
Monitoring attendance records, work hours, and compensations in collaboration with line managers;
Following up with the changes in labor and social insurance legislation, ensuring timely integration into assigned duties;
Consulting employees with remuneration queries;
Assisting the HR Department in personnel administration processes, including labor contract preparation, supplementary agreements, labor documents, certificates, etc;
Preparation, maintenance, and submission of all legal returns and declarations to governmental bodies;
Additional responsibilities may entail involvement in business advisory services, risk management, internal control, and internal audit.

Requirements:
Prior experience is essential, demonstrating excellent payroll knowledge and the ability to manage distinct HR projects;
Excellent understanding of the Bulgarian Labor Code;
Strong organizational, communication and time-management skills;
Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to deadlines;
Familiarity with Style software is advantageous;
Proficiency in English;
