Join a dynamic team at the forefront of Shared Services, providing essential support to our client’s multinational organization. We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist with French, German or Dutch and English to contribute to the smooth deployment of processes and ensure the highest level of service delivery to key stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Verify financial data, review and process invoices in a timely manner;
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency;
* Utilize technology tools and systems to ensure accurate data and effective service delivery;
* Perform month-end and year-end activities in alignment with Business Unit expectations;
* Support achievement of the team’s monthly KPIs and provide feedback to improve the internal processes;
* Following company’s guidelines and agreements;

Requirements:
* Fluency in either French, German or Dutch and English;
* Previous experience in Finance Operations or on a position related to invoice processing, AP or AR;
* Advanced level of Excel;
* Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is advantageous;
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
* Effective time-management and interpersonal skills.
