Salesforce Business Analyst
Role purpose
Part of the Business Applications team, the role is fundamental to advancing the capability and adoption of the Salesforce Platform.

Role Responsibilities:
Partner with Developers and Administrators to design, build, test, and deploy platform solutions for business stakeholders
Create clear, concise and complete functional specifications & requirements documents
Be a primary point of contact for business, vendors and software development teams regarding new feature requests and changes to existing features
Prioritisation and resolution of tickets related to core business processes, including analysis of incidents and enhancement requests
Working as part of a global team to provide technical support to core line of business applications in the Salesforce ecosystem
Communicate project deliverables, timelines, and feature-related information to team members, stakeholders, and management
Manage change communication and coordinate end-user training for system improvements
Coordinate with internal auditors, audit coordinators, and other key officials to manage audits responses

Skills Required:
Experience with various business applications: CRM, Marketing Automation, ERPs and other
Experience working in a dynamic Agile project delivery environment; Experience with Scrum preferred
Strong general IT knowledge is required: complete fluency required with all common Office/PC applications, especially Excel
Experience of working with service desk tools such as Service Now
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) and ability to present in a clear and concise manner
Excellent time management and decision-making skills
Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills are essential
Ability to work effectively both alone and as part of a team, experience with dealing with third party developers and providers
Multi-tasking – can manage several concurrent projects/tasks and prioritise demands
Familiarity with GDPR and data security
Hands-on experience administering and developing Salesforce instances and working with Salesforce related apps is a plus
Knowledge of systems integrations preferred

Qualifications:
Batchelor Degree Level education in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or closely related field, or equivalent qualifications/work experience
1-3 years of experience as a functional analyst or administrator of Salesforce systems, or in the field of business application systems
