We are currently looking for a Periodic Review Officer (m/f/d) in Bulgaria to support our Onboarding & Account Management department in Luxembourg. If you want to be part of our multidisciplinary team and are interested in this excellent opportunity, please apply for this role.

The Role & Key Responsibilities
Periodic AML/KYC review of accounts by adhering to regulatory requirements regarding AML/KYC by:
Checking of electronic files, static data & external sources;
Client screening and related process (in case of new directors/UBO/Authorized signatory).
Identifying and requesting any Customer Due Diligence documentation that is outdated and/or missing following client screening;
Follow-up for any further due diligence requirements (review of documents received from clients and providing them with appropriate feedback, sending reminders to clients in compliance with the Bank’s procedure, blocking/unblocking accounts and update of the Banking system accordingly…);
Updating blocked accounts list regarding blocking and follow-up of reviewed account;
ALM/KYC review of accounts (i.e. following a changed of country risk policy);
Further tasks might be assigned according to the business requirements.

Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory, any other language would be of advantage
Sound knowledge of MS Office applications
Attention to detail
Problem solving attitude
Interest in legal & regulatory matters of the financial industry
Motivation & proactivity
Comfortable working in a team as well as autonomously
