MS 365 Power Platform Lead Engineer, Risk Management Division, Sofia

General duties:
Lead and participate in Power Platform implementation projects, overseeing the entire process from requirements gathering to deployment, with a focus on optimizing banking processes for our internal customers.
Build a capable team of developers, ensuring their active involvement and contribution to project activities aimed at enhancing banking services for our internal customers.
Provide expert technical guidance to internal stakeholders, helping them leverage the Power Platform to streamline banking operations and improve efficiency for our internal customers.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the Power Platform and recommend innovative solutions to enhance banking services and compliance processes for our internal customers.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower bank staff in effectively utilizing the Power Platform to drive operational efficiency and customer engagement for our internal customers.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Developer or Technical Consultant, with specific expertise in the Power Platform within a banking or financial services environment.
Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, familiarity with Logic Apps is advantageous.
Basic CE Developer Skillset, including creating Tables, Views, and Forms within a solution,
Experience in JavaScript plugin development, Azure Functions, and C#;
Experience with DataVerse, SharePoint, SQL, and Front End Development (React) in a banking context is preferred for our internal customers.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to address complex banking challenges effectively for our internal customers.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in the banking sector for our internal customers.
Microsoft certifications in the Power Platform or related technologies, particularly those relevant to banking and financial services, are highly desirable for our internal customers.
