Experienced Operations Manager

market. We are on a lookout for responsible, experienced and skilled analytical-thinkers for the role of Experienced Operations Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide clear business direction and strategy;
* Effectively manage cross-organization communication;
* Analyze and improve operational workflow;
* Meet monthly reporting requirements and ensure internal controls;
* Conduct workforce planning and manage resource levels for productivity;
* Translate corporate goals into functional and individual objectives;
* Track and report scorecard results to senior management;
* Plan and set goals for future periods;
* Design and implement business plans and strategies;
* Ensure adequate resources for company activities;
* Act as a liaison between the organization and employees;
* Collaborate with other divisions and departments for goal achievement;
* Work with senior management on strategy development and execution;
* Identify and implement processes and technologies to improve efficiency and resource utilization.

* 5-7 years of relevant management experience in a Commercial, Accounting, Contract
Management, or FP&A role;
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline;
* P&L management expertise with cost reduction and revenue management experience;
* Project management and Managed Print Services knowledge;
* Experience in people management and HR processes;
* Critical thinking, analytical, negotiation, and conflict management skills;
* Collaboration skills for working across diverse environments;
* Service Outsourcing/Operations experience, including control processes and KPI monitoring;
* Strong planning, organizing, executing, and controlling skills.
