For one of our clients – a company offering next-level products and services in a variety of
fields. We searching for capable, motivated and skilled conversationalists for the role of
Billing and Collections Specialist with French, Dutch or German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Leasing with customers via email or call and helping with transactions and related issues;
* Offering solutions for issues with invoicing-collecting process;
* Following up on inquiries from customers, other departments and sales;
* Supporting and assisting other team-members and contributing to good work atmosphere;
* Participating in meetings and other team activities in order to improve process quality;
* Making sure that daily invoicing is being done according to schedule;
* Pursuing collections on accounts that are past due date and complying to local policies;
* Taking care of other tasks assigned by the management based on qualifications and work

* Fluent in French, Dutch or German language;
* Finance related education and/or experience is required;
* Knowledge of CRM and/or invoicing software is desirable;
* Previous customer service experience is an advantage;
* Customer-focused analytical thinker, eager to find solutions and provide help;
* Capable conversationalist, able simplify complex solutions to customer questions;
* Skilled with MS Office applications and PC literate;
* Excited and motivated by a fast-paced environment.
