Cloud Network & Security Engineer

General duties:
Act as SME for network and cloud security & compliance stream across infrastructure, platform, and DevOps teams.
Implement and maintain advanced security architectures — firewalls, IDS/IPS, DDoS protection, IAM, PKI, CDN and network segmentation.
Build and operate Cyber Security controls, data and processes. Stay current on emerging security threats and vulnerabilities.
Create and implement security practices and policies, build PCI-DSS, NIST and SOC2 compliant cloud environments.
Participate in the full lifecycle of cloud projects — from PoC and design to deployment and operation maintaining security mindset
Monitor network traffic, security logs, and telemetry for proactive detection and response.
Continuously audit and remediate cloud configurations to prevent misconfigurations and security drifts.
Collaborate with IT Security Forum, Operations, and Architecture teams to ensure security-by-design frameworks. Influence architectural decisions with focus on security, scalability and compliance on the target technology stack.
Contribute and develop policies, standards, and operational playbooks supporting secure cloud adoption.

Requirements:
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure security and compliance domains and services.
Solid experience in a security and networking role using cloud platforms.
Strong knowledge of cloud security concepts such as Zero Trust, CDN, MFA, IAM, RBAC, and encryption (at rest/in transit).
Be familiar with the security, compliance, and regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST and DORA.
Demonstrated awareness of DevSecOps principles, CI/CD processes, cybersecurity fundamentals and best practices.
