General duties:
Expansion of credit proposal templates with climate and environmental risk related analyses for various industries and types of financing.
Collaborate and instruct Relationship Managers on how to assess ESG impact and regulatory requirements, including information undertakings from clients and business assessment (transition plans)
Assist Relationship Managers on reviewing ESG/MSS questionnaires attached to credit proposals as per OTP Green Loan framework, as well as the proper filling of EU/CBI Taxonomy questionnaires
Assist with all requirements on KYC and product development related to ESG criteria
Supporting qualitative and quantitative assessments related to physical & transition risk methodology and pricing matrix
Work with all other respective departments, subsidiaries, partners and stakeholders, coordinating climate change actions and environmental projects – including implementation of all group-wide policies and reporting duties related to the corporate green portfolio

Requirements:
Degree in Economics, BA and/or Law
Solid experience with ESG, CSR and Sustainability policies is a huge advantage
Working proficiency in Enlglish
Proactive approach and personality
Customer orientation
Analytical skills and being able to “translate” ESG terms into understandable for a broader audience language
