For one of our clients – a global company offering digital solutions and services for all your
analytics needs. We are looking for confident, friendly and communicative individuals for the
role of General Ledger Accountant with German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Confirming, distributing, posting and settling transactions;
* Reviving financial information and summing up financial status;
* Crating accurate reports, presenting their results and taking part in setting financial
standards and forecasting;
* Participating in department’s goal setting process, preparing financial statements and
creating budget in accordance to schedule;
* Offering support on further management, considering and recommending improvements to
accounting systems and procedures;
* Managing internal and external audits, ensuring abidance and supporting month-end and
year-end close process;
* Designing and recording business processes and accounting policies and strengthening
internal control;
* Cooperating with employees on all levels, management and external parties.

* Fluency in both German and English language (written and spoken);
* Minimum 6 months of previous experience in an accounting or finance role is required;
* Proficiency with MS Office apps, mainly Excel and strong PC and internet user skills;
* Bachelor’s degree in related field (Accounting, Finance or Economy);
* Capable communicator, able to relay information in a precise and clear manner;
* Confident in dealing with all levels of employees, management and external parties;
* Cooperative and ready to contribute to collective’s efforts to reach set goals.
