Position Title: EmPower Process Improvement Lead
The purpose of the EmPower Process Improvement Lead is to help driving operational transformation initiatives across the UKI business including supporting the roll-out of the EmPower continuous improvement programme.
The role will be responsible for identifying opportunities across our business, using Lean and Sigma techniques to deliver value and stand up measurable solutions across the end to end journey.
As well as being part of a highly collaborative team, you’ll be training and coaching others in Lean Six Sigma / continuous improvement, to expand knowledge and capability, but support them to deliver incremental improvement to the top and bottom line.

What you’ll be doing?
Leading the shaping and conducting operational diagnostics related to specific high impact business problems. These typically will involve analysis of larger (possibly E2E) business areas processes including: conduct of qualitative and quantiative baselining and root-case analysis, development of the case for change, analysis of the as-is and design of the to-be, documentation of clear findings and recommendations to deliver improvement;
Supporting implementation of specific UKI / COT transformational workstreams;
Supporting the overall delivery of the UKI's EmPower programme.
Conducting training and coach/mentor Yellow and Green Belt level staff through to the successful completion of their projects;
Acting as a operational excellence "business partner" for 2-3 business units or functional areas. This will involve working with the areas to develop training and coaching plans, actively monitoring and tracking performance against EmPower targets and proposing interventions and improvements to their local continuous improvement systems.

What you’ll bring?
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to analyse and utilise MI to make key decisions and influence key decision makers;
Experience within multiple business execution areas i.e. contact centre, operations environment, product, finance etc.;
Good influencing, interpersonal and communication skills. Able to manage stakeholder and sponsor expectations;
Experience of working effectively across matrix teams;
Good basic project management/change governance competencies with an ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities to tight timescales;
Lean Six Sigma Trained to at least Green Belt level;
Proficient in obtaining, organizing, and analyzing data to make fact-based decisions and drive root cause analysis;
Degree required (preferably in finance, IT, business or marketing).
