Job Description

We are currently looking for a Delivery Team Manager to join our growing Sofia Delivery Center.

As a Delivery Team Manager , you will ensure that the necessary capabilities, resources and processes are available to deliver software implementation projects to Clients with the highest quality and meeting our service commitments.


· Lead various strategic projects and internal initiatives aiming to achieve strategic objectives
· Support the successful achievement of the performance, quality, and efficiency targets of the team
· Ensure that appropriate processes and tools are leveraged to manage and optimize operational performance within the team
· Seek to improve the end to end Client satisfaction and Experian profitability by providing an efficient and cost effective service
· Manage a team of Delivery experts with various level of seniority and specialization (e.g. Product/Technical Configuration, Quality Assurance, etc.))
· Create a working environment which is conducive to individual growth, high performance, challenging and rewarding to maintain team motivation, productivity and development
· Define performance goals, objectives and measures and drive programs for employee development and retention
· Collaborate with various regional and global teams to meet business objectives
· Work actively on project deliverables
· Participates in pre-sales by request. Provides project related materials and expertise in support of RFIs, RFPs or other client requests.
· Perform capacity planning, forecasting and recruiting by working closely with the Regional PMO team to achieve optimal balance between flex and permanent resources
· Make critical business decisions to meet client expectations.
· Analyze client requests, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals
· Be an ambassador for Experian values


What we expect you to bring:

· 5+ years relevant people management experience preferably in technology or solution delivery organization
· 3+ years` experience in a customer facing environment
· Ability to motivate, inspire and lead teams
· Assertiveness and solution-oriented mindset
· Excellent organizational and planning skills
· Excellent Influencing and negotiation skills
· Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) environment
· Fluency in spoken and written English
· Excellent understanding of the software delivery lifecycle
· Experience and ability to lead a discussion with partner vendor and resolve issues/conflicts independently
· Knowledge on maintaining resource utilisation, understand the concept of margins, cost and revenue is a plus point
· International experience and ability to work with virtual/distant teams is desirable.
