Accounts Payable Accountant with German

Our client is one of the largest outsourcing companies with more than 35 years of experience. The company provides service to more than 450 clients and has a presence in 28 countries. Currently, they are expanding their Shared Service Center EMEA. They are looking for a candidate with at least a year of experience for the role:

Accounts Payable Accountant with German


• Verify accuracy and post suppliers’ invoices using the appropriate cost centers and projects;
• Reconcile suppliers’ accounts, research and resolve discrepancies or payment issues with suppliers;
• Ensure that VAT, withholding taxes and non-deductible expenses are booked correctly;
• Perform payments in line with Sitel approval policy and payment schedule;
• Purchase Order processing.


• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field;
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting is preferable;
• Excellent German skills;
• Good English skills – B1-B2;
• Attention to details and accuracy, self-motivated and organized;
• Ability to assess, recommend and implement process improvements;
• Team player and deadline oriented;
