Senior Legal Advisor, Sofia

General duties
Drafting legal opinions on Mortgage and Small business loans
Advising on legal issues in connection with the credit deals, their structure and collateral
Coordination of the loan documentation on credit deals, including but not limited to: loan agreements and amendment agreements to the latter, collateral agreements and amendments to such, sale and purchase notary deeds, mortgage deeds and applications
Representation of the Bank in notary proceedings regarding collateral establishment, renewal, and deregistration
In certain cases when necessary, representation in court and other judicial authorities proceedings, as well as any administrative proceedings


Requirements
Education – Master of Laws with granted legal capacity after completed obligatory training according to applicable Bulgarian Laws
Professional (legal) experience – 2 years at least
Experience in other banking and financial institutions shall be considered preferable but not obligatory
Knowledge of the main applicable legislation acts: Law on Credit Institutions, the Ordinances of BNB, Commerce Act, Law on Contracts and Obligations, Special Pledges Act, Territory Development Act, Property Act, Family Code, Civil Procedure Code, Law on Succession, Financial Collateral Contract Act, Administrative Procedure Code, etc.
Good computer literacy
Good knowledge of English language, needed for drafting of typical documents, as well as conducting work correspondence, reading of work documents and presentations
Good communication skills, proactivity, will for self-improvement and team skills
Ability for effective organization of the working process and for meeting deadlines
Ability for thorough and profound analyses for the sake of legal case solving
