Partnership manager- София

General duties:
Partnership manager is responsible for implementing and developing commercial and strategic relationships with organizations in accordance with market’s objectives and strategic goals;
The partnerships management responsibilities include – recruiting, onboarding, managing, optimizing, and reporting on partner relations aimed at growing revenue;
Research for new partners, identify key players and generate interest, oversee communications, offers and new channel testing, with primary focus on growth;
Ensure that the partners audience are aligned with market targets.
Forecast, measure and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions lead sharing, and/or event partnership.

Requirements:
Ability to manage and lead a B2B relationships (5-7 partners, depending on the size);
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies;
Experience in customer relationship management;
Dedication to providing great customer service;
Entrepreneurial and commercial mind set – always looking for business opportunities and an ability to solve complex problems;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and personal qualities of integrity, credibility and quality;
Fluent English – written and spoken;
University degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Accounting, Management, MBA, Communications, Business/Administration, Finance, Public Administration;
Excellent computer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
A good team player, capable of working in a fast-paced pressured environment.
