The Company is known as one of the top world-wide employers. We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic professional, to join their financial division as:


Main Tasks & Key Responsibilities:
Support month-end closing activities according to month-end schedule and provide analysis to local management;
Contribute to monthly management reporting including analysis of discrepancies;
Participates in preparing monthly financial statements, compliant with Group policies and local GAAP;
Support preparation of budgets, forecasts and business plans;
Act as Business controller and Key owner of Operational accounting system, ensuring the quality of data and performing profitability analysis (by product, customer, lane, etc.);
Preparation of various regular and ad-hoc financial and business reports to management, Headquarters and third parties;
Ensures quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting;
Review the P&L and balance sheet on a monthly basis as well as underlying account reconciliations to ensure integrity of the data and identify potential cost savings;
Participate in development of new and optimization of existing process in Finance;
Take active part in current projects within the department;
Required Experience & Qualification:
University level in Finance/Accounting/Controlling or equivalent by experience;
Previous working experience in a related area is considered an advantage, but is not a must;
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills combined with high level of detail;
Self-starter with good level of comprehension and initiative;
Very good command in English both written and spoken;
Computer literacy and professional skills in Excel; other database programs advantageous;
IFRS knowledge is a plus;
System knowledge and experience with Oracle applications is a plus;
Required Skills & Capabilities:
Excellent communication skills, ability to influence and interact with various levels of management;
Collaborative and team-oriented attitude;
Hands-on mentality with attention to detail;
Very good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills;
Stress-resilient with ability to handle multiple simultaneous priorities;
