Junior retention ambassador- София
General duties:
Responsibilities include:

Plan and execute digital marketing retention-oriented campaigns through different channels (e.g. Facebook Ads, Google Ads, E-mail marketing, Social media positioning etc.);
Measure performance with regular tracking of KPI’s.;
Analyze customer insights, influencing engagement metrics, digital funnel conversions and continuous search for testing and improving processes options in digital channels oriented towards customer experience.
IDesign customer loyalty, identify at-risk customers, reduce churn, and attract new customers in a crowded marketplace;
Execute campaigns in different channels (online & offline) for retention and customer loyalty improvement.

We are looking for a Junior Retention Ambassador to join our digital marketing team, that is constantly looking to innovate and deliver exceptional results. As a part of digital retention team you will take a big part improving the way we retain, engage and convert our customer base, through data driven marketing and loyalty program development.

Data-driven starving to dive deep at user funnels and customer experience journeys;
Experience and knowledge in designing loyalty programs or relationship strategies;
Creative in thinking and implementing different tactics in order to develop behavioral habit loops.
A positive go-getter with a can-do attitude and critical thinking.
