Financial Director

We are currently looking for one of our partners, a professional to take the role of Financial Director.

Responsibilities:

Develops and implements financial strategies that are aligned with the company’s objectives for long-term profitability and growth;
Assesses the company’s financial condition and coordinates financial operations;
Manages the company’s budgeting process, monitoring and controlling its execution. Controls expenses and ensures effective use of resources. Prepares reports and statements;
Advises Management and the company’s managers on financial matters;
Oversees accounting operations, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and local regulations;
Prepares financial analyses, reports, interim and annual forecasts;
Manages the company’s cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks;
Leads the processes of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the company;
Understands and applies financial regulations in the markets where the company operates;
Is responsible for organizing and monitoring the fulfilment of financial and accounting obligations in each country where the company operates;
Establishes and maintains relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions;
Promotes continuous improvement of financial reporting, audits, and team performance;
Proposes procedures for effective financial control and provides guidance for the application of internal financial rules;
Is responsible for the quality functioning of the financial and accounting team;
Manages the team budget.

Requirements:

Higher education, Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting;
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience;
Minimum of 5 years in management;
Expert knowledge in financial strategy, risk management, and cross-border tax optimization;
Additional qualifications and certifications in the field of finance;
Excellent knowledge of regulations related to accounting, internal financial control, tax and social security legislation, and their application;
Excellent command of English.
