АCCOUNTING POSITIONS (from Operative to Chief Roles) - София
Описание
We are working with several companies focused in various sectors such as:
• Trade and manufacture companies
• SSC
Operative
accountant role:
• Processing and reconciliation of primary accounting documents (invoices, protocols, stock bills,etc.) according to all accounting standards
• Participate in the process of using and capitalizing larger tangible and intangible assets
• Preparation of the monthly VAT reports and declarations
• Support day-to-day accounting, finance, banking activities
• Perform regular or ad hoc financial reports and analysis (Tax declaration, VAT declaration,INTRASTAT, Income taxes, annual financial statements, etc.) in a timely manner
• Preparing and submitting of internal and external reports, month-end and year-end closure accounting
• Communication with regulatory/administrative bodies related to the accounting and local reporting activities on a regular basis
Senior Accountant Role:
• Conducting monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepares monthly, annual and ad hoc financial reports in accordance with close and other timetables of the entities under his responsibility
• Reviews and approves service requests and postings
• Acting as Subject Matter Expert

Chief Accountant role:
• Organization, management and control of the financial and accounting activity in accordance with the normative legal framework in the country and ensuring internal control of the company;
• Preparation and analysis of interim and annual financial statements, as well as other summarized finаncial and accounting statements and their presentation to the company's management;
• Implementation of the activity in terms of financial planning and analysis and active participation in the preparation and adoption of the annual budget;
• Closing and payroll responsibilities.
Requirements:
• 2+ years for operative accounting roles and 5+ years for senior positions
• Relevent education in Accounting and/or Finance
• Previous experience in Shared Service Center will be considered as an advantage
• Deep knowledge of Bulgarian accounting legislation and IFRS
• Experience on a similar role working with any of the ERP systems and excellence in Excel
• Working level of English (B2 level or higher)
