Payroll & Administration Expert

General duties:
Preparation of documents for appointment, change and termination of employment relationships, registration of employment contracts and changes to them in the National Revenue Agency;
Accrual and calculation of wages and benefits, as well as related social security contributions and taxes at the expense of the employee and the employer
Processing and administration of all types of absences and preparation of accompanying documentation for the National Social Security Institute
Preparation of reports and certificates upon request
Preparation and declaration of statistical data to the National Statistical Institute
Processing of schedules for summarized calculation of working hours.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in the field of personnel administration and calculation of wages;
Education related to human capital management will be considered an advantage;
Knowledge of the Labor Code and the Social Security Code
Fluency in English is a serious advantage
Excellent computer literacy - MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Excellent communication skills.
