We are currently looking for a motivated candidate to join one of our partner an international organisation for the position of: Accounting Associate


Responsibilities


• Diskbill/MVU preparation (excel spread sheet templates with raw accounting details), review, loading, follow verification;
• Audit employee expense reports – could review, check and approve smaller and simple reports at the initial stage;
• AP – booking of project expenses;
• Administrative tasks – collection of invoices, distribution of payment confirmation etc;
• Administrative support of the reconciliation process, documents filing;

Requirements:

• Economic studies – Accounting major would be a plus;
• Good English language skills (written and spoken);
• Professional experience is not required, basic accounting experience would be a plus;
• Strong MS office skills, namely Excel experience;
• Personal features – disciplined, motivated and engaged, open/juvenile;
